Don't know if any of you have tried this one. I'd
be interested in hearing any of your experiences
with it, as it seems to be what we're all looking
for......IT'S FREE ;D ;D

Looks like another band camp type thingy?
'Songtradr provides rights holders with a robust platform, where they can store, tag, playlist, share and market their assets to prospective buyers'.

Hi bin
Yeah - they're fairly new - think it was tone that had a post about them last fall.
So I joined - seems a bit more like Taxi than Bandcamp, but because it's so new there are very few placement requests and they don't typically look like ones I have material for. I think this will be great once they build a reputation and get more opps to bid on. And there are no so-called "Taxi experts" standing in the way of bidding.
cheers
Paul

That is not necessarily a good thing IMHO!
If anyone can apply I can't really see "the industry" using this approach as it would be no different from just taking unsolicited submissions
I think the reason TAXI get so many listings is that they do a lot of the "donkey work" by screening the submissions before passing them on to "the industry"

Is this the same thing like what they offer at SongU.com?
