Kerouac, thanks, I was thinking of a 70's guilty pleasure thingy and wrote it on a piano. But cant play it  well enough in my studio to record as I haven't got decent piano with weighted keyboard and foot pedals. I understand what you mean about the lyrics but I'm bit really a singer let alone a belter :( ;D

This is sounding really nice. I much prefer the keyboard sound on this version to the original. Lovely acoustic guitar playing towards the end and the strings are nicely arranged. Some lovely chord changes in what is a subtle, delicate and wonderfully written piece.
