Two songs to be reviewed here in the same vid. It's a first take with all the mistakes haha

Hi,

Full of Life - Overall enjoyable song. Appeals to my sense of melancholy. I liked the verses and the pre-chorus, but wasn't so keen on the chorus (I thought the Pre was stronger) or the bridge. There was a note at 1.10 and it appeared several times after. Not sure if it was an error, but it sounded out of place. Nice piano.

Tears in my Eyes - Similar sound. Not as strong as "...Life." Might be worth getting one of your mates to do backing vocals on the "Ooh" bits - try and create some harmonies.

Both nice songs.

Hi Digger,

I know the chorus needs some redoing, its a work in progress. The note at 1:10 is an A7. I go from A - A7 to give it a different feel and bit more build.

As for tears we'd only played the song together 3 or 4 times before we recorded it but the backing vocals are a good idea.
