Seriously, don't waste time trying to work out the US electoral system or how voting for certain candidates is even a thing, spend some quality time listening to and voting for the Winter-Spring-Valentines-Love-Song-With-A-Twist-Competition entries here:

Funny, when I read that through quickly I read 'cactus'. Must just be word familiarity I suppose.

So many good songs it's really difficult to pick a winner. Perhaps we should have limited the entry to ten....joke, joke!

I'm working on it. I'm glad there are lots of entries, but that means it takes me a little while to get my votes tallied. I'm being scientific about it....
