Title: Clutch
Post by: Soul Punk on April 16, 2012, 04:22:29 PM
Not at all pleased with this, feels too bubbly to me
however I have said this before and been surprised
so have a read and let me know your thoughts

Clutch

I guess you heard that, I'm gone
sick of fooling around with plan B's
waiting for a lady that doesn't love me
It's too late, don't talk me out of this

I'm just like a car clutch
you've gotta put your foot down
the temptation gets too much
to say I love having you around
I know that's not enough, well
you let me take you into town
we can dance like we've never met before

I've made mistakes before, I'm sure
you're a good girl who liked the bad boy
who takes all he wants till it gets cured
I may be poor but your not a used toy

I'm just like a car clutch
you've gotta put your foot down
the temptation gets too much
to say I love having you around
I know that's not enough, well
you let me take you into town
we can dance like we've never met before

yeah, I know we are all sick of cliches
the truth for once wouldn't go a miss
I will take out my earphones, I will listen
didn't think so, sorry Mac let me put them back in
