Hola  @irwin

Your composition has many interesting possibilities... although there are dissonances, or it seems to me, in the tuning of the instruments that appear, among some of them... But maybe I was wrong...
The style is very particular, take advantage of your inspiration and keep experimenting but take care of the tuning between each sound.

Stay wellll

Hi @irwin as Mora says, your composition is certainly interesting. The dissonance is an acquired taste - You may have made it intentionally like this. Thanks for posting

Hi Irwin,

As others mentioned, it is quite dissonant. Perhaps you're deliberately making a prosody statement with the dissonance? I think the beat is good and I would be very curious how you would put a lyric to this. If you did NOT want dissonance, then your instrument or instruments may need tuning. I'll be very interested to see what happens with this one.

Hi, I am inclined to agree with the comments above, the dissonance and tuning takes away from rather than adds to the song from my perspective. Also I'm interested how a lyric would fit with this.

Good luck with it!

Cheers

Hey Irwin, it’s certainly an unconventional left-field track. The scales are unfamiliar to my ears. It reminded me a bit of when I hear something like Indonesian gamelan music... it kinda sounds ‘off’ to western ears accustomed to a certain format, but then again also sounds exotic and sort of works. I couldn’t whistle it back to you, but it sure kept my attention. Be interesting to hear it with lyrics. Keep making them Irwin, your stuff is always interesting and unique.
It's all too beautiful.

Hello Mora, pompeyjazz, Vicki, jamie, PaulyX, I read the same advice and words from each of you and so I'll say you are right, I have to take care of the tuning between each sound, and of which I am willing to do so in my further recording.

Thanks a lot for your comments/advice and inputs. I want you all to take good care of yourselves.

Irwin

The 'dissonance' as some of the guys have called it is just too much for me. There's some quite clever things happening here, but they just don't fit together in a way that I can grasp. Might just be me. :)
