Title: Open mic virgin

Hi,
Off to do my first ever singer-songwriter public performance at Winchester's Railway pub tonight, if I've got my mondays right!
Never performed solo or sang in public before, hoping for some good development, after all I'm only 55  ;D
Going to do a couple of brand new ones, including one co-write with over very own delboy.

Yo Neil! I guess you´re not going to see this beforehand but hope it goes great! The Inn is a fab venue and I played there loads of times in the 90s. Cracking place to start!

Thanks guys, REALLY feeling you love thanks. I enjoyed and learnt some stuff. Delboy, our number went down really well. Will do it again, but I have to say the real talent is here on the forum. Pic to follow sometime soon. Goodnight Johnboys and girls.

I've been to several 'railway' open mics... sometimes it's rammed ,other nights not...it's a great venue , one of those places on the circuit i believe and had some good names there....anyway hope it went well...

Glad it went well Neil. It´s one of the best live bars on the circuit - great crowd, atmosphere and setup. Hope you get back there again soon.
