I've never been so lonely, since the day you walked away,
I see you everywhere I look, I need you more each day,
when I'm alone I lead you through, a dark and weary night,
no more a love I know is true, I lose my will to fight,

I can never win, I can never win,
I may as well give in,I can never win,

the love I know would free me, from the prison where i lay,
is out of sight and out of reach, no matter what I say,
my strategy, to make you see, is fading every day,
my fight for love is in retreat, you win, then walk away,

I can never win, I can never win,
I may as well give in, I can never win,

gave you so much, waited so long now it's gone,
I never knew i'd lose the fight, you are too strong,

your my life, your my soul, to have you walk with me is my goal,
anywhere, anytime, everynight I have a dream that your mine,

instrumental bit...........

gave you so much, waited so long now it's gone,
I never knew i'd lose the fight, you are too strong,

I can never win, I can never win,
I may as well give in, I can never win,

best to all, Kevin :)

Ha- that's a good laugh.  Got a mad kind of Euro-disco feel to it, lots of bubblegum energy.  Is 'Alvin mix' a reference to Alvin and the Chipmunks? I think I remember the original - did you post that here previously?  Glad to hear you are close to recovery by the way.
