Title: Gig Night by Dom Hunt

Inspired by Hard Rock of the early 2000s, but I wanted to give it a down to earth feel. A Typical, somewhat successful punk rocker. Loud all around and a somewhat crazy ending, what do you think?

He’s had too much to drink
But the audience don’t care
They’re all having such a blast
They don’t need to stop to think

Oh can he win the crowd?
The guitars bloody loud!
Oh and they just love it
When he plays that sound!!

He seems so mysterious but you know he’s got a plan
He’ll wake up in the street after one too many cans
For now he’s on the stage with nowhere he can hide
From the hundred young daft bastards who are out for him tonight

There's something about this. Reading the lyrics first I thought it was a a bit simplistic but it really works. Good work man.

Hi,

I like the casual side of the voice and the raw punk sound. It's a very effective piece. The break with the bass in front around 1'40 and the restart really sounds great.

That was good man... nicely ramshackle and off kilter, with plenty of spittle and energy.
