Hi peeps!

I'm gonna get back to my home recording practice over the summer. Got four songs lined up that sort of fit together, so I thought: why not see it as recording an ep? It's nice to have a goal, right?

So I've made some artwork. It's quite amateuristic and rough, but I'm not a graphical designer and I don't have photoshop, so I just put something together with Paint (yes, haha) and Picasa.

What do you guys think?

Greetings

I like it! It's a nice idea.

I do have one suggestion though - make the left side the same font-size as the right side. If you need to give one side more weight than the other, maybe make it a darker grey, but at the moment it looks a little bit unbalanced.

Hey looks good, can't believe you did that with paint! You should see my efforts, it's like a 3 year old child has been let loose on the computer!

Well done

Thx guys!
Thanks for the suggestion, tone. I will change the character size. Good suggestion.
And flossie, the main things happened with Picase. Just Paint for some things. Picase is really nice for photo editing. And it's free :)

hey cool picture and background!

I would use a 'non-standard' font; i.e one that doesnt come pre-loaded on windows. Everyone knows them and it doesnt give you that uniqueness...kind of like only shopping at ikea :P.
If you just google free fonts there are LOADS out there that you can just download and use :)
