Hi all

I will now be in the fortunate position of being able to spend more time on my songwriting and recording, as I could be described as of 1st November 2016 as "semi-retired". No excuses for not getting better then.

And after a break of a few years I am now enjoying lurking round these parts - I am already learning by listening to others' work. I will comment when I feel I have something positive to say and occasionally post one of my own pieces if I am happy with it.

Despite my advancing years, I still harbour ambitions to reach a wider audience. I guess that's natural when you put a lot of time and effort into something.

I think we've already commented on some of each others work so this is a belated "welcome"
Congratulations on your professional status (semi-retirement) I hope the extra time does allow you to reach a wider audience - I guess I'm in a similar boat (wanting to reach a wider audience) although I have to scive off to get away from work!
