Well all you songsmiths out there we haven't had an competition since the Super Scary Halloweeny one last October.
And personally I always find in an interesting challenge to write to a brief.
So is there any appetite out there and if so suggestions for the theme?
How about 'dreams as a starter for 10?

i'm in, and I'm dragging Diademgrove and CrystalSuzy in with me as we started a collab a while back which is a song about dreams. This would give us a reason to finish it.

I'm interested, but would this theme be about dreams you have when asleep or about following your dream as I was about to post on the lyric forum a song about a dream I had some years ago which was so vivid I wrote a lyric of all that happened in it, or can it be either.

Hi, dreams is just an idea but if people like it then great.
Certainly i think the trick is too be not too restrictive in terms of interpretation so its up to you.

Are more people up for it with say a July submission date?

What do other songwriting competitions do?

I'll be happy to arrange this perhaps with someone else's support? Any volunteers?
