Hello folks...been a little while since my first post.  Anyway, sometimes you're just cruising along and then "bam!", life smacks you right between the eyeballs and reminds you of what really matters.  This one is about my two kids.  Thanks for listening.

Life was a musical, when you were young
And you still love to sing, your just living your own song
You used to jump into the air, and I'd break your fall
Yes, I'd be there
You need no saving now, you never did
From then to who you're now, I was just a bridge
From below I watched you soar, and you're not done yet
Let me be there for more

Well I can't live in the past, when today races on much too fast
Don't want to miss, each moment is true
There's only now, no second chances due
Cause the best part of me, is you

Well you've always been, an old soul
You feel what others feel, with your heart of gold
Do you even realize, all you can see
With your young eyes
You followed your big dreams, that's what you did
From then to who you're now, I was just a bridge
Form below I've watched you soar, and you're not done yet
Let me be there for more

Well I can't live in the past, when today races on much too fast
Don't want to miss, each moment is true
There's only now, no second chances due
Cause the best part of me, is you
Yah, the best part of me
And the best part of me...is you!

@A Fernando This has a lovely upbeat vibe, it's great to hear a positive song! The production is superb, the instrumentation highly polished and your vocals (and backing vocals) are truly excellent. Super job, well done

Hola @A Fernando

Buenos días!!!

I loved the vibration of your song, which is actually an aor song ... The lyrics are very beautiful, it has very good lines and this one, for its simplicity but forcefulness, has enchanted me
"Well I can't live in the past, when today races on much too fast"

I did not know that to live we had to die so many times

@kevysc thanks very much! I seem to always gravitate back towards a major chord progression. Appreciate the feedback.

@moraamarolaloba You are very kind. Thank you. More than ever, I find the need to focus on the amazing things right in front of my eyes as opposed to everything that isn’t.

Hi Aldrin (?)

This is very professional sounding and very well written.
Can't fault the performance or production at all; Top notch all round.

A bit of an Eagles vibe at times.; that sort of Peaceful easy Feeling sort of vibe.
Light and breezy.

@digger72 Well, appreciate the kind words and nod to an Eagles vibe!  Yes, Aldrin...like buzz. I realized that is not in my profile. The production and vocals on your version of “Here With Me” are superb!  The sound is so rich and polished.

A very good production and excellent vocals. The Eagles have already been mentioned and I'd agree with the comparison. Can't fault this. A great song :)
