I would say 2 weeks per board would be fine now that we have separate WIP and finished boards

It would also be quite complicated to enforce across different boards (anything for an easy life  )

I prefer to think of finished as something you can't see any way of improving - you have given it your all - but you may still implement some of the good advice of the forumites
