Title: A bunch of customers
Post by: tomcrocus on February 01, 2015, 06:15:37 PM
All you customers you know what i mean
pickled eggs and smart price beans
i keep your shelves stacked and your floor real clean
you're just a bunch of customers you know what i mean
all you customers you know what i mean
cheap bangers and smart price beans
i keep your shelves stacked and your floor real clean
you're just a bunch of customers you know what i mean

you're just a bunch just a bunch of customers
pickled eggs and smart price beans
you're just a bunch just a bunch of customers
cheap bangers and smart price beans
i keep your shelves stacked and your floor real clean
your just a bunch of customers you know what i mean

bogof buy one and get one free
you're a customer yeah that's what you are to me
bogof buy one and get one free
you're a customer yeah that's all you are to me

customers,customers,
it's nice to be nice to the customers
customers,customers,
they're allways right yeah the customers
customers,customers,
it's nice to be nice to the customers
i keep your shelves stacked and your floor real clean
you're just a bunch of customers you know what i mean.

I thought this was a fun read.

Could do with a little more variety though i reckon.

'Every little helps'!

Nice rhythm you have going with this - seems to be your trademark!
I like it - shows the world from a stock-boy's perspective.
Would be better with more of a story - but I suppose a video would be cool!
Nice one!
Paul

Thanks phil, thanks paul for the feedback,
i've been called a lot of things in my time but i've never
been called a stock boy,i'd insert a cheesy grin but i can't
fathom it out,cheers,

Sorry Tom - didn't mean to offend - it's probably the wrong word in Canada too!
My bad!

This sounds like a Chas and Dave style song to me. It's fun. I would start it something like

All you customers, you're always seen
Round the pickled eggs and half-price beans
I keep the shelves stacked and the floor real clean
For you, the valued customer, you know what I mean

Just an idea, the 'valued customer' could be a cynical view.

Put this all to one side if not suitable, I don't mind.  :)
