sounds; high piano keys, drums, the layered vocals: that intro: WOW

somewhere i between Bjork and FKA twigs?

man! do you do all this by yourself?

the production sounds pro. the quiet parts; your voice...it s beyond home recording.

very strong

Very inventive and bluesy - I like it muchly  ;D
Great intro and percussively fascinating.
Vocals are amazing.
Think it could have been just a bit shorter but I always whine about that what with my short attention span.

Good stuff  ;D

Hi Caz,

Quality stuff.
Lovely vocals - totally lead the track. Stunning.
Great mood. Dark and creepy.
The synths and beats are wonderfully cinematic.
The piano sounds brill.

A musical story.

Just trying to follow this without reading your thread - probably a mistake in retrospect.
Great lyrics.
Love the multilayer vocals, and lovely melody you're singing. A bit like the Wilson sisters from Heart in their pastoral moments.
Ambitious widescreen stuff, must have taken ages to play and arrange.
good luck
 :)

HEALTH WARNING! Do not listen to this song on headphones in the dark lit only by the glow of a monitor. I did and had to turn the light on! This is different in a good way - loads of ideas, very original, nicely sung, played and arranged. Some very effective skills on show here and it's a lovely English folk type melody. Overall, rather beautiful in a frightening way.

I was initially a bt confused by the overlapping vocals but then the harmonies took me in - something very old school "witchy" about that first part... Loved that part.

Not such a huge fan of the synthy parts that came in a couple of times. But then the piano came in and blended with the vocal vibe from before. Really good!

Hats off for this - great atmosphere and variation, a really good piece.

WOW Caz.  Stunning vocals ;D. Confident, relaxed, and just lovely to hear ;D
The best I've heard from you, I think.

Like the story and the composition, but the vocals were just amazing ;D

 Loved it...excellent work.
