Breathing is often overlooked  :D. The vent is a box with baffles so hopefully not too much sound will get in/out.

I've downloaded a decibel meter app and with music playing at 85db internally, immediately outside the cubicle with its door shut the app measures about 60db, at the bottom of the loft ladder it measures about 40db. It is barely audible from the bedrooms, if at all :) :)
