This is my first post in 3 months! Been so sidetracked by college and work. Anyway im into it again now and here's a recording I made the other day, I half improvised, I had the melody in my head for the most part but the lyrics I kinda made up as I went long so doesn't make too much sense lol. Tbh there isn't much sentimental about it but I feel im on to something worth maybe developing further, cheers. Forgive me if it sounds really odd (The noises), it was the only way to do the tune ha.

Hi Jake,

as you haven't posted the lyrics and you said you made them up as you sang the song I don't intend to comment on the verses.

I think the song would work with just the clapping as accompaniment, get rid of the noises and just leave the singing. I heat the chorus double tracked and the handclapping a little heavier but other than that I thought it worked.

A good start. I hope you get some words you want to keep and re-record it.
