One more song. Wrote it down recently. Please tell me your opinion about it. Hope to hear you soon. Thank you for feed back! Sorry if it's too short, but it suits the tune anyway.

Snow has fallen on the beautiful town
Stars are shining far away in the sky
All I know is you are somewhere around
This night won't make us cry

Chorus:
I'm waiting for you, my heart needs you
Whatever I do I'm waiting for you

So another cold Autumn has passed
There are still many things we should say
But the time is always running too fast
It just takes years away

Chorus:
I'm waiting for you, my heart needs you
Whatever I do, I'm waiting for you

Think it sounds better and what about you?:

Snow has fallen on the beautiful town
Stars are shining far away in the sky
All I know is you are somewhere around
And this night we won't cry

Chorus:
I'm waiting for you, my heart needs you
Whatever I do I'm waiting for you

So another cold Autumn has passed
There are still many things we should say
But the time is always running too fast
And it takes us away.

Hi Stan.

I like the second iteration, yes. The 'takes us away' looks like the thing you changed, and surprisingly, that one line makes the whole song a bit more romantic. Surprising how one line can change a whole song. It is, but as you said, it fits the tune well, so I'm not going to say anything. However, I theink the final chorus would work well to tie the song off and wrap it up in a little bow.

I like it!

Thank you for the opinion! Sure there is the chorus after the 2nd verse, I just forgot to add it there)
