Okay so it might not be that urgent but I wanted to catch some eyes...
I have written and recorded this little disco-esque thingy and I am not a good enough guitar player to play what I want. I'm really after something very disco, like 70s Nile Rodgers rhythm guitar. I know there are lots of great guitarists on this forum and thought I would appeal to see if anyone would be willing to have a pop.
This is the track - in a rough form atm.
For the album after my 80s one I am aiming for something very 70s and disco sounding so there will be lots more to come.
Thanks in advance for listening.

Hi mate that would be great! I’ll send you a download link for the .wav to play to would that be best?
-
Jack,
Great that sounds like a plan. If you pm me with your email address I'll then upload the WAV to a dropbox.

Thanks guys! I’m currently struggling with the mix of this one. I wrote this three or four years ago and it’s always managed to allude me...
I would really like to collaborate with people from the forum a lot more with the stuff I am currently writing. What would everyone consider their specialities? Would love players/MIDI arrangements from others. And anyone play bass??
-
Jack, no good at midi, happy to some bass, maybe in exchange for some bv’s or keys?

Sounds like a plan! I’m not too hot on keys yet but will happily do anything backing vocal or harmony-wise you throw at me.

I can pretty much do most things, but specialise in guitar and bass. I could really do with a backing-singer sometimes.

Can do most stuff adequately but some brilliant players out there. I like to mess about with midi brass and strings so always Into that
