Yes this has got a great Take That revival feel, very inventive with plenty of little melodic hooks and turns. The main catchy element is the rhythm, maybe a couple of well-placed bigger leaps in the melody would really add an extra level of catchiness! Also I think there should be a descending scalic bassline in the bridge to balance the strong vocal at that point.
