Instrumentalists

Hey, I am a song writer living in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, England.  I am looking for instrumentalists (ideally violin, drums, guitar, accordion, harmonica etc etc) who would be interested in working on some of my songs. I feel I have enough material to start putting together quite a good album but I am lacking in any real musical training.  Ideally I would like to meet up and work on some songs (which are largely folk based) and we could work on some accompaniments to go with my guitar and vocals.  Of course every contribution will be cited and arrangements made if money is ever made off the songs. (though i dont know how likely this is)

Thanks

Re: Instrumentalists

Hi Smiley I am a budding song writer/producer and I live pretty far away from you but I am looking for songwriters who would like some production on their songs for free. This is somthing i do as a hobby, reasons being firstly to give budding writers an idea of what their songs can sound like and secondly so i can experiment with different music styles. How i plan to go about doing this is have song writers send be a brief clip of there song, or a youtube video etc and will do a full procution based round that. I then send the my production to song writer and upload a video of the song (with the writers permission) to my YouTube. I have some of my own song ideas on my YouTube channel already if you want to look. Cheers
